ORDER

If you place an order before 11:00 AM on a non-holiday weekday, we usually ship your order the same day (provided all items you ordered are in stock). The easiest way to order is through our E-commerce site, www.nordeye.com.

WARRANTY TERMS

The packing slip included with the package is your warranty certificate. Warranties are only accepted if the item is unaffected by, for example, soldering, painting, cut cables (the batch tag must also remain), or other modifications. The warranty also expires if the product has been exposed to harmful heat over 80 degrees, incorrect wiring, overvoltage, excessive washing with high pressure from close range, or strong chemicals. When invoking the warranty, Nordeye AB must be contacted as soon as possible, and before you send your warranty claim, you must contact us to get a return slip. The warranty also covers transport costs. The items must be returned well-packaged along with the packing slip. In the event of a dispute, we follow the decisions of the National Board for Consumer Disputes.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are not satisfied with the item, you can return it within 30 days and get your money back or exchange it for another product. The items must be returned in undamaged condition in the original packaging, well-packaged along with the packing slip. The products must be in original condition and must not be modified. Before you send the item, you must contact us to get a return slip. If any of the above conditions are not met, the right of withdrawal is denied. Nordeye AB is not responsible for returned items without a return number. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping cost when invoking the right of withdrawal.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

As a consumer, you have the right to complain within 3 years from the discovery of the defect. The right of complaint is a statutory right according to the Consumer Purchase Act in addition to the warranty. The right of complaint also applies to transport damages. When invoking the right of complaint, you as the customer must be able to show that the defect existed from the beginning.

“FORCE MAJEURE”

Delivery delays due to events beyond our control release us from all liability for damages. We cannot, therefore, be responsible for the buyer’s possible agreements with third parties regarding damages for delayed or incorrect delivery, manufacturing defects, etc., unless specifically agreed upon. E-APPROVAL AND LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

Lamps that lack ECE approval are only intended for use as, for example, interior lighting, work lighting, etc., and for off-road, rally, or race track use and not as exterior lighting on public roads. It is your responsibility to use the product according to applicable legal requirements.

We reserve the right to change prices in connection with changes from our suppliers. We reserve the right to refuse delivery due to price changes and our stock situation. We reserve the right to change the delivery time. In the event of a delayed delivery, we will notify you via email or phone. Any price changes made after you have placed your order do not affect your price for the item. We disclaim responsibility for any writing/printing errors.
